Pros

I truly love working for Integral Senior Living. The regional team understands and has realistic goals. They listen to you and try there best to support you in each way they can. It is very easy to be honest about what is going on at your current community good and bad with the regional team. They are the reason I wouldn't want to leave my current position.

Cons

The community I work at needs a lot of work and support. Changes are being made but not as quickly as I feel they should be to ensure residents safety. But, like I said, changes are being made slowly so hopefully it'll only be for the better because Integral Senior Living is a great company and unfortunately, this senior living community doesn't follow suite or follow policies to achieve the greatness that Integral sets them up for.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
