Pros

They walk the walk…If you know ISL/SSL you know its all about Culture, the Culture is lived and breathed everyday. It starts at the top, our Founder, CEO, and CFO are great women leaders, that lead by example. Exhibiting the Culture they are passionate about, what they do everyday, they never settle for good enough, good is the enemy of great and they have worked hard to create a GREAT company ISL/SSL and had fun while doing it. It truly speaks of the Culture of the company. Other pros include an extremely supportive regional team Operations, Sales, HR and of course support center team also Payroll, A/P, Finance, Accountants, they are supportive and empowering. The company provides the training necessary for a lot of room to grow they constantly promote from within and support you every step of the way. Benefits and wages are competitive, but nit comparable as they exceed expectations.

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
