Pros
Very flexible and generally positive employees that want the best for the company. Directors of the company have been here since it's inception and are very knowledgeable and open to new employees.
Cons
As the title states. Started about two years ago in a developing department. Immediately seemed that there was a greater emphasis placed on socializing rather than product quality. Socializing is key to any positive work environment but this gets in the way of delivering quality, on time products to pharmaceutical companies that conduct time sensitive and life changing research. Management hires based on personality rather than skill for a position which makes people that have earned a 4 year degree feel that they have wasted their time. If you are fresh out of school and are eager to learn more or refine lab skills this is not the company for you. It will leave you feeling incredibly unfulfilled after an eight hour shift.
