Pros
This is was a good place to start start my job experiences. The health benefits and 401k are decent and begin shortly after hire. Lower to mid level management is pretty easy to get along with. The company hires young, so many of your coworkers are in their mid 20's. Working the overnight shift has a pretty relaxed atmosphere in terms of work place professionalism.
Cons
The age group of the coworkers is pretty young, as in 30 and under, with lower/mid level management being 40 and under. This leads to very little advancement within the company. The pay is mediocre (with little or no bonuses) considering you need a 4 year degree and the company grows over 10% year after year. Little appreciation for the individual, and not shown by upper management at all.
