Business Outlook

Pros

-Good for those just starting out or currently doing their Part-Time studies -Above average base salary for Poly grads -Lack of performance indicator: Can "eat snake" but please don't. -Repetitive & simple job, relatively easy and stress free -Extremely positive work culture and generally great colleagues -Employee benefits are quite decent -If applying, try aiming for weekend shift (only 30 working hrs/wk, most allowance, least workload)

Cons

-Below average base salary for Uni grads -Lack of performance indicator: Unrewarding for those who work hard -Work allocation is imbalanced. MNP associates have way too many menial tasks to do as compared to the other departments. -Difference in shift allowance is too drastic, day shift is grossly underpaid if compared to mid/night or even weekend. -Might be challenging when it comes to career growth due to routine job scope.
