      Decent benefits. Good workplace culture. Good entry level salary.

      Cons

      After a leaning down campaign they laid off a lot of good workers, rearranged the management structure, and up to my quitting I had three different managers inside in just as many months. The salary doesn't pace well with higher levels at all.
