Pros
There are many very knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about the customer and the patient. The front line employees are the best in the business.
Cons
Since being purchased by Steris, management has shown very little concern for the employee and continues to have a very myopic view of how to go about doing what they do. Upper management doesn't have the necessary industry experience or leadership to handle the size and scope of the newly combined venture.
