Pros

Free fruit once a week and coffee daily Office space is new and clean Good health insurance benefits

Cons

Open office plan and fish bowl offices - no privacy whatsoever and very loud/distracting. Even in a breakout room, you are on display to the whole office. Very aggressive & unprofessional staff - both management and employees - no respect for fellow humans. Well below market salaries. Behind the curve in product development and marketing - very difficult to win deals. Discriminatory against women unless you are young and attractive - and they are sexually harassed daily. Expected to work or be available 24/7 due to HQ in Australia and management's arrogance asking you to prepare last minute presentations on a Sunday evening for delivery on Monday morning. No option to work from home even one day a week and frowned upon in emergencies - you are expected to take a vacation day instead. The daily environment is exhausting and uncomfortable.
