Pros

I get a paycheck twice a month and I will be leaving soon.

Cons

The work environment here is awful. The management does not show respect for their employees whatsoever. Some employees do not show respect for one another and choose large company meetings to air their dirty laundry. HR does nothing about it, either because they don't care or their hands are tied by Andre, the US President. He leads by barking orders and selecting management that leads the same way. Their belief is that you need to be uncomfortable all the time because that spurs productivity and creativity. Maybe that's true, but who wants to report to an environment each day that is wholly uncomfortable? Especially when your creativity and going the extra mile is never recognized because they are busy trying to appease certain groups whilst ignoring others. The current trend is for exceptional employees to either leave, or take a stand causing them to get fired. Heck, the newly hired HR person in the US left after two months - that says everything. The product is always one step behind their toughest competitor. Instead of improving the product, they hire more marketing to "gloss over" the issues and try to keep pushing it. Not an easy task when you have a lemon for a product and the marketing department can't spell or use proper grammar. When the gloss and lipstick doesn't work, IR resorts to straight up bullying to get the product included on partner line cards and programs months after competitors were added. Speaking of lipstick - keep moving along if you wear it. This is a very male-dominated company and women are not respected. There are a couple amazing women here, but they never receive the accolades they should. Instead they keep plugging away and try to stay below the radar. Regarding ratings: Career Opportunities - 1 star because who would want to work here longer than six months to explore advancement opportunities Compensation & Benefits - 2 star because the compensation is below average but the benefits are about average Work/life balance - 1 star because with corporate HQ in Australia, your work filters into your life whether you want it to or not Senior Management - 1 star because Darc is completely out of touch and Andre is a dictator Culture & Values - 1 star because the employees organize some fun events outside of work, but at work the culture is a negative five.
