Sinking ship - Senior Software Engineer Integrated Research Employee Review

Very top HEAVY (not normal for a small company of their size ). Lots of politics. Top management only thinks about their salaries/incentives and nothing else. No innovations whatsoever. Always looking for low hanging fruit projects and hence the situation they are in (sinking ship). All the smart people that could change the company's path are gone. HR is very toxic.
