      Experience with working in many industries. That's it...

      Cons

      -Will make false promises on benefits -Extreme favoritism -Verbal abuse -Incompetent managers with no training or experience -Lying to customers of service levels and compliance -With the aggressive expansion by acquisition, no one knows whats going on. -High turn over with staff except for the "Chosen" in my Austin office.
