      Pros

      Tons of great talented people to learn from. If you work hard and apply yourself you will be rewarded. If you ask for something and explain your situation they will take care of you. If you have an issue they'll take care of you. The goals/requirements placed on employees are achievable and they recognize those who stand out. Regardless of where you want to go professionally they can help you get there. Good benefits, vacation time, etc.

      Cons

      Stressful place to work at times, super busy all the time.
