Pros
You'll get tons of a experience in a short time with various systems, but that can be said of any MSP If you don't work in the Austin office, most of the staff is friendly and alright to work with.
Cons
-Poorly managed -Employees that don't do work and don't know nearly enough for what they are paid get paid based off of the time they have been there. This causes lower paid, higher title or lower paid equal title employees to bear the burden of work. -Some members of management lie about policies such as it being unacceptable to work from home which they say comes directly from the COO. When asking the COO he has never heard of said policy. -Pay isn't even remotely competitive, again based entirely off time spent at this company rather than work put in.
