Nothing is organized, they are patronizing, and narrow-minded. It is their way or the highway. No one will listen to suggestions and management is terrible.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your experience at Integritek was negative in all these ways, but I do understand your frustrations. I came on as CEO right as you left, it seems, and am absolutely in agreement that management needs to listen to the team and use their feedback to implement change. This has been my first order of business and I hope we can enact major change in the very near term. I truly apologize that these changes are happening too late for you to benefit, but please know that your input will make a difference.
