Pros
You can learn a bit here if you are trying to cut your teeth here. The nature of how they toss you in the pit will give a trial by fire if you can handle it.
Cons
The largest issue I have with Integritek is that you will never move up in a meaningful way. Careers either start or die here, there's not a lot to take away if you are trying to take it the next level. Just a paycheck and some grey hairs.
