      Pros

      the only pro is every once in a blue moon they have "team outings"

      Cons

      they hire as many people as they can so they can get tax breaks and use them as data miners essentially, then they fire them and bring in more. there is nothing integral about this company at all. they will lie and say you will make all this money and make you quit your job and come work for them then they'll use you and get rid of you just as quick as they hired you.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
