      Pros

      Management gives their employees a lot of freedom to do what they would like.

      Cons

      Management is unsupportive and only cares about the reps that are already bringing in a lot of sales. They put little effort into developing reps. The turnover here is insane. I would watch groups of ~10 people come in monthly and within 10 months 9 of them would be gone.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
