      Pros

      Everyone here is very helpful and wants to see you succeed. However, success is very independently driven. They will help you if you show the desire for improvement. I love it here and enjoy my job every day.

      Cons

      The pay scale could be more even. Pay is not based on a scale. It is based upon what brokers want to pay their LC and back office employees are underpaid.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
