Pros

Small team sizes - great 1:1 time with managers Amazing learning environment, lots of supplied training Room to stretch wings - time given to "innovation" projects, allowing experimentation with different tech and patterns Family oriented - lots of company events with rides and attractions for kids and more

Cons

On site (Blue Ash) location isn't the best for a quick lunch! That's really about it.

Pros

Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

Cons

It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
