      Pros

      Great collection of resources and helpful people. Decent potential income

      Cons

      The company has made a lot of changes in policy and pay. (Used to be the best 3pl to work for)They've killed a lot of incentives, moved goal posts on commission goals, they micromanage the heck out of everyone now. The freight industry can be stressful enough. The extra UNNECESSARY stress they have added leaves a lot to be desired.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
