      Pros

      This is by far my favorite place I have ever worked! The owners are accessible with their doors always open and happy to talk to you. The culture is young and fun. Tug of war competitions and an impromptu contest is always a possibility. Very low turnover which is not surprising because everyone loves their job and enjoys the people they work with!

      I don't have anything negative to say here...

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
