      Work atmosphere is great. Love the people and have made a lot of friends. Management is helpful at growing your book of business

      Cons

      A lot needs to go right to make big boy money here. You need to do a lot of profit consistently and have customers pay invoices on time to avoid being on draw.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
