If you come into work and do your job and do it well, Management rewards employees with much needed flexibility and accommodations that may be needed. Management was very understanding of my circumstances up to the very day I had to leave as I could no longer work. Offer PTO, paid holidays, 401K and Healthcare reimbursement

Does have some employees that take advantage of flexibility and are more interested in everyone else's business than doing their own job

Not a difficult job. Just check patience in, answer phones and schedule appointments

No benefits Part time hours but work full-time days Upper management is rude
