Pros
The best reasons to work there are probably their open food market. Even the preprepared boxed food was okay. The idea of having a food card to put funds on so you don't have to bring your debit card to work was also a good idea. Also the work was not hard to understand. I was a picker for them for a month before I got terminated and the actual job itself I understood. I just couldn't keep rate.
Cons
Like I mentioned in the Pro's box. I was a picker for them and I was expected to come up from my learning curve of picking to about 162 individual items an hour when picking multimediums, but on singles I only needed 150 some individual items an hour. However, I've never moved so much in my life before and between walking 15-18 miles daily and the rate my body was falling apart.
