Pros

If you need extra money for Christmas you will be able to make a some as a seasonal employee. Integrity provides warehouse workers for Amazon. Amazon always needs a lot of people and they have plenty of work.

Cons

The Integrity hiring staff and onsite management are quite unprofessional and lack basic business skills. The staff at the jobsite have the mentality of high school children and act as if they should be somewhere frying burgers and not working in an office. They cannot assist you with any employee issues and if you do have any concerns you have to call a number and talk to unskilled customer service workers who simply go by a script. I have worked with various temporary agencies before but working for Integrity has been the worst experience I have ever had. If I need to get extra money for Christmas, I will work any where before I work for Integrity again.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
