Pros

Decent pay cant complain, Decent people you work with, its a small team. Easy 1 day training not given be a person, rather they make you watch videos and answer online question. you get to deal with people face to face. Since its a small team you work with ts easy yo ask for help. Plus the Job is very easy for the pay Since this is Temp job they have other "assignments" they can put you on after your job ends.

Cons

No overtime at all if you do it travels to next week pay, No holiday pay, and integrity does not care about you as a individual. Remember you direct manager cares since you work with a close team, However the corporate big wigs care little for you and even less for the people you hire on assignments. This job is temp to perm only with a big emphasis on TEMP.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
