Pros
I've seen this company grow fast over the past creating opportunity for promotions. I've heard that most of the directors and regional managers began at Integrity as shift managers or site leaders. It's great that the company looks inside for talent and recgnizes people with pramotions. I think we are now in over 80 locations, but it still feels like a family owned business. Communication here has really improved. I receive frequent updates thru videos and news flashes about the business directly from the owners. I also see that managers at all levels truly beleive in the company's core values.
Cons
My regional manager doesn't do a great job at sharing information about what's going on. I would like to see more people taking personal ownership in their jobs. To me, it means more oppportunity. I'd like to take on more.
