      the experience, relationships, and pay that you get from working is definitely worth it.

      Cons

      company still refuses to hire permanent even after you've been there for over a year. Company claims to be strong but continue to fire and laid people off.

These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and are dependent on a variety of factors. As a company, we’re excited about the forward momentum we’re experiencing. We’ve added four new branches this year and are looking to expand into new industries.       Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
