      Pros

      By design, Integrity Staffing Solutions is both client-centric and employee-centric. The company tries very hard to provide the client with its needs while simultaneously giving the Integrity Associates a hospitable and motivated environment in which to work, as well as providing the associates with avenues to voice their issues should they arise.

      Cons

      Working as a member of management with Integrity will not make you rich. For the amount of work performed, the pay is a little low, though reasonable in the market.
