Integrity Staffing Solutions

Engaged Employer

Terrible. Very under-handed, dishonest managers. They only care about profits not even their own staff or associates. - Full Time Staff Integrity Staffing Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Consistent weekly pay check to help pay bills.

Cons

Terrible management No team support to get the job done. They expect one person to do the work of 5 but there’s only so many hours in a day/week/quarter... They are completely inflexible with work-life balance. Working from home was never an option so I don’t know how they’re surviving the pandemic. They claim to be industry leaders yet many positions they recommend to others through their blog they don’t take themselves. I had to take vacation time to visit for a doctor’s or dental visit. It’s laughable they are encouraging companies to adopt telemed on a blog to garner employee confidence by keeping them healthy and safe when they force employees to use vacation time to visit essential medical providers. Unacceptable.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
