Pros

Training, initial support, initial culture

Cons

Leadership is extremely sensitive to anything the CEO does or says. Micromanage you to no end. Don’t work here if you’re part of a family. Most of the leadership does not have children and aren’t sensitive to family issues. I was let go with no severance, and no notice, for “ Performance” issues. No changes to quotas (with already aggressive budgets) during COVID, because that doesn’t matter, right?

Integrity Staffing Solutions Response

At Integrity, we celebrate that we have one of the most robust employee retention rates (employees who stay by choice) in our industry. We expect great things from our leaders, and in return, they expect great things from us. On that promise, we deliver. Our regrettable attrition rate (that's when people leave on their own without being terminated) is less than 1% – and this has been consistent over the last five years. As an organization, we seek high-performing leaders who can work independently without being micro-managed. Generally, if a manager needs close supervision, it's driven by the manager needing additional support to meet goals and to help them succeed. Again, we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we wish you the best of luck in your future career efforts.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
