Pros

Integrity is a great place to work if you are passionate about helping others succeed. Integrity is a client-centric and employee-centric company. We strive to be the best! I have been working for Integrity for 5 years and would not be happy anywhere else. We provide our associates with the best customer service and tools to succeed and manage their assignments. There is nothing more appealing or to heart when an associates tells you "Thank you for never giving up on me", and that they converted and you helped change their life for the better. I love what I do!!!

Cons

This is a changing environment and you have adapt and move forward. Continue to improve processes so that Quality expectations are more reasonable.

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
