Pros

Opportunities. As the company grows and builds on its successes, there are many opportunities to be involved in its development, from process standardization to proprietary software to personal development, customer service and employee experience. I have never worked for a company that is able to adapt and improve as quickly as Integrity.

Cons

In the division that I work in, it is difficult to keep long term, trained employees due to the nature of our business. No annual performance review or salary increases is tempered with a decent frequency of advancement opportunities. Work/life balance can be an issue for some, especially in the busier seasons, as more time is required from the clients and internally.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
