Pros

Reading their comments like "ISS has World Class Personnel Service and by far the best help I ever had from an employer" is such a heart-melting thing. Having us online 24/7 to assist them with instant messaging option and answering their concern on the spot is beyond excellent and awesome work. They have a thumbs up for us. It is such a pride for us Live Chat Representatives to help them with our Live Chat Feature.

Cons

But, this does not mean we only take positive comments. We usually get negative remarks like Cancelled Start Dates which is not beyond our control, but we understand their frustrations and still help them the best way we can.

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
