      Integrity Staffing Solutions is giving me opportunities in many ways. I started working with Integrity in 2008 as a seasonal employee. My first month was so challenging as it was Amazon's peak season. I have encountered different people across the states. Different people - different experiences - different views and opinion.This opportunity has broaden my knowledge and exposure. With Integrity's strong partnership to its clients, we continue to grow our business by constantly giving opportunities to people.

      Cons

      Downtime is a big challenge in this job. Nevertheless, Integrity continues to give opportunities to people! People will have to adapt and be at their best in every opportunity they get.

      Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
