Pros
You get candy sometimes for obeying the safety rules, which is probably why they don't offer you the full 11.75 as the ads state, or raises. But hey, who needs an extra .75 or raises when you get mini kit Kat bars!!!!
Cons
Integrity's employees are rude and inconsistent. They lie about pay rates and constantly belittle employees because they feel there temps are just a number. The HR department for ingerity is a joke, and they will say ANYTHING to make you feel like they are on your side, but then turn around and backstab. The satalite office that is located on the Amazon property consists of several people who tell you sixteen different versions of one story and they lack proper communication skills. Employees are reprimanded and scolded in front of all the other employees-which is just poor management and shows a lack of training. Also, you are trained by people who've only worked for intergrity for a few months, so even your trainees are learning as they go, which leads to a ton of miscommunication. Policies are constantly changing due to the fact that the company is learning how to be a company as they go. the company also over hires by allowing anyone with an application to apply. during the interviews, you are not asked anything about your past expierience, so even if you have warehouse experience, they still will only offer you 11.00, no one is ever hired at 11.75 as described in their ads. They promise to "convert" employees to Amazon employees but neglect to let you know there are only a few positions that long term employees have left vacant due to termination or promotion, so basically 800 people are trying to fight for three actual job openings. The're is also a lot of skepticism about the way they run things, which actually goes against the Equal Opportunity Employment information found in the breakroom.
