Pros

Always working with smart people that will raise the bar. You can't just skate by at this company. Must be an over achiever. In return they challenge you, reward you with fair compensation and upward mobility. Recently heard that over 70% of the staff has been promoted within their first 18 months. That is cool! Great Culture. They really push the culture. You must advocate for the associate and the clients. Anything less is not acceptable.

Cons

This environment is not great for someone use to a state agency job or a fat corporate environment. You have to be willing to pull up your sleeves and work hard and smart. Must be willing to be flexible. If you want consistency this is not the place for you.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
