Cons
Sometimes people speak negatively about our company because many of the temporary positions we offer are very physically demanding and require strict adherence to attendance and other policies. We are honest about what these positions will be, but sometimes people either don't listen or just don't expect it to really be as difficult as we say. We do everything we can to help temporary associates be successful, but sometimes it isn't enough. It is hard to read negative reviews and hear people talk about our company as if we are not honest about the jobs we offer or that we don't care, because I can personally tell you that we really do care and do everything we can to advocate for our employees.
