Pros
Every day is a challenge, my days are never the same. The company is growing very fast, which leads to many opportunities for growth and improvement. Through the course of my day, I might interact with upwards of several hundred people. I am constantly pushed beyond my comfort zone; and by doing so, I have gained numerous opportunities and achieved things that I never thought I could. It's clear this company cares about people, far beyond their payroll roster. There are opportunities to volunteer in our community, and the CEO/CFO truly care about others. I've watched them provide turkeys for local food banks at Thanksgiving, assist associates with paying utility bills that would otherwise be shut off. I've even seen local teams provide associates with shoes and other assistance.
Cons
There isn't an annual review process, I've been here here several years and have never had a salary increase, neither a cost of living or a performance based raise. Communication is lacking at times and it's easy to feel like an expendable employee instead of a valuable asset.
