Pros

Offered $12 per hour first time.second assignment was $11.75.. No sign on bonus, no $15.50 per hour as advertised. No extra $2.00 per hour for overtime. Didn't get paid for orientation. Showed up at Amazon twice with an offer from Integrity in hand and twice was told they overbooked. Not even an apology.

Cons

Went to Amazon and completed new hire orientation. Was told to report for work the next day at 6:30PM Chattanooga and work as a picker till 5AM. Drove 40 minutes, on arrival was turned away because "my background check wasn't complete". Gave them a second chance the next week, was called 30 minutes before shift that background check not complete. Don't depend on word from Integrity, will lie right to your face.

Pros

Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
