      Pros

      Even if there is no work available for you to do, you will end up staying for the whole shift on the off chance that the work load picks up. You are guaranteed the hours that they schedule you- until MTO (Mandatory Time Off) occurs.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment from the manager assistant, If you get hurt, the company will not cover the cost. If you show too much work ethic, they will put you in the most labor intensive job and work you till your body gives you. There are fans on the ceiling, but there is hardly any air flow. The whole building that I was working in was stuffy and hard to breath in.

      Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
