We strive to be honest and open about assignment expectations during the interview process--we know these jobs are challenging and we try our best to make sure our associates are well-prepared for the work ahead. In fact, we even play a video of actual associates telling our guests what it's really like to work on assignment during the interview process! All associates receive on-the-job training and we have Coaches available to help support our associates throughout their assignment. Integrity Staffing Solutions is a fantastic company to work for. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and truly focused on helping both employees and associates succeed. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. The company genuinely cares about its people, invests in professional development, and encourages teamwork. I especially appreciate the commitment to serving clients while putting associates first, creating a positive environment where everyone can succeed.

Cons

Like most staffing companies, the work can be fast-paced and demanding, especially during peak hiring periods. Priorities can shift quickly, so flexibility and adaptability are important. Additional resources during high-volume seasons would help reduce workload.
