Pros
Top semiconductor company. a lot of smart people and nice human beings.. Good investment in research and development. some flexibility with life-work balance (even though in some teams it's a joke) I also loved the volunteering work we used to do as teams. Intel does a lot of community work and helps the community unfortunate people. they really take that seriously (didn't see that in other companies I worked for)
Cons
a lot of back stabbing from colleagues. Can't blame them: they are under constant pressure to be among the best or face termination. A lot of politics!!! a lot of retaliation from managers. Managers sometimes are simply not born to be managers. there should be another option to promote people (other than making them managers). I had a terrible manager at Intel. When they don't know how to direct you, they simply blame you for all their weaknesses.
