Pros

- Good work life balance atleast in my team Nothing else

Cons

- below standard salary - delays in appraisals - they charge you for parking vehicles - canteen food is pathetic, people have found cockroaches many times - salary/leave is deducted if u come after 9:30 or don't complete 9 hrs - they will recruit ppl at high cost at mid n senior level or with totally different background and train them, whereas they won't give good hike or opportunity to existing employees - they will over promise while recruiting and if its your bad luck your profile will be different altogether from what told while recruiting - there will be lot of deductions from your offer letter which they will tell u on day of induction - lot of politics at all levels. There are crabs(ppl won't grow nor allow you to grow and pull u down) - managers will ask your opinion and then do what he wants to do.. Seniors here want to hear what they like and don't like to face reality.. Have been working for almost 2 years and fedup..

Pros

Values design and user experience, giving me the platform to work on a wide range of products. I had a chance to be involved in every stage of the design process.

Cons

Nothing found so far for me.

Pros

Inherited legacy apps of multinational bank technology

Cons

1. Has deteriorated over last 6-8 years due to mismanagement. 2. Focused only on marketing with zero attention on operations or innovation. 3. Total lack of vision from top mgmt - Misplaced emphasis on design lab with no concrete / realistic plan to implement any product strategy other than throwing tech / buzz words to impress potential customers. 4. Product strategy relies on retaining innovative mindset (as against service oriented ), which was not maintained over the years resulting into losing key business clients.
