Pros

Nothing good to share except some festival celebration

Cons

Worst work . There is nothing to learn for fresher. As there is 2 years of bond for fresher you cannot leave it without paying bond amount though you found its impacting on your future. Very poor management. Almost all projects are working with old technologies. There is no good package for fresher. At the end of two years will get nothing which will become useful for future . Never recommend this company to anyone to work with. Senior management is too poor.

Inherited legacy apps of multinational bank technology

Cons

1. Has deteriorated over last 6-8 years due to mismanagement. 2. Focused only on marketing with zero attention on operations or innovation. 3. Total lack of vision from top mgmt - Misplaced emphasis on design lab with no concrete / realistic plan to implement any product strategy other than throwing tech / buzz words to impress potential customers. 4. Product strategy relies on retaining innovative mindset (as against service oriented ), which was not maintained over the years resulting into losing key business clients.
