Really can't think of any

Cons

Bad infrastructure. No canteen in thane office. Had a shared and ill-maintained washroom. Bad work culture. I joined the company as a java developer. But did not get a chance to really do any development in my 10 months in the company. I was just doing environment setup and configuration. No proper coordination in management. They consider calling people on Saturdays as their right. Work life balance does not exist even in words here. They give package higher than market to get people as no really joins the company. And everyone I know who joined the company regretted. Higher pay is not worth it. There is no career growth in this company.

Inherited legacy apps of multinational bank technology

1. Has deteriorated over last 6-8 years due to mismanagement. 2. Focused only on marketing with zero attention on operations or innovation. 3. Total lack of vision from top mgmt - Misplaced emphasis on design lab with no concrete / realistic plan to implement any product strategy other than throwing tech / buzz words to impress potential customers. 4. Product strategy relies on retaining innovative mindset (as against service oriented ), which was not maintained over the years resulting into losing key business clients.
