Pros
You'd definitely get along well with your age group who aren't regional. Because even they have the same problems as you. Most people are humble when it comes to non-professional interactions. Canteen food is cheap.
Cons
Old tech stack. You'd be working on those which were trendy 10 years ago. Work machines are very slow. 30 min job would get delayed by 3 hrs. No organisational structure. You'd end up doing any work. If you don't work overtime you are a bad employee. And even if you do overtime, no appreciation is given. Low bar for salary. Very less for the amount of work you do. You'd be one of them if you know the regional language. Otherwise you stick out like a sore thumb. No monthly/quarterly team outings. The way to the company office is very bad. If it rains cats and dogs, you wish u knew how to fly to your house. Notice period is three months for those planning to leave.
