Pros
Poor management helps you in enjoying your stay here, People here are so lazy that anybody hardly cares what you do in office. So you can enjoy, come as much late as possible to office. There is no scope for amusement, no sports or any other facilities. But yes, You get left out food in the evening in the name of free snacks after 7 Pm in the office. There is so much politics, that you will feel you are doing an internship in political science. So it's your choice if you are career-focused, then please don’t join or else come to intellect, play with your future but I promise you will have a great time here.
Cons
It's not a place to join for a fresher. There is no scope for learning and if you want to chill for a year in your career, you can join it, BUT WAIT!!! they have 2 year bond period, so eventually you are screwed for couple of years. Regarding place of posting, they might make you watchman also and they will tell you its a business requirement. In short you will asked to do anything anywhere but coding.
