If you are good at buttering your boss you will do very well in this company. If you want to get into Indian politics. This company would provide you ideal platform for learning. No onsite opportunity for good employee. If you want to go onsite start behaving like dumb. No onsite rotation policy. No increments of too delayed increment (more than 5 months delayed) and if you leave company then try to eat up all your bonuses. If you are technical manager/architect then don't join this company at all. You will have no value and would be treated as slave as well any time replaceable commodity. Zero attention to Employees by HR or Admin. This company would soon become a history like Nokia and Blackberry.
