Pros

The dental, medical and massage programs are very hands on and the instructors are knowledgeable and professional. They are a great way to gain the entry level skills that are advertised.

Cons

The desire to help people learn the training that will help them get a better job and the chance for a career is why I took the job. The reality was that I was expected to forcefeed very basic information like what not to wear, proper etiquette for eating with colleagues and how to plan a budget; and make the information stretch out for 5 hrs. Heaven forbid if the students already knew the information- 90% were bored to death. It wasn't being an instructor but more like a scripted horse n pony show! Management was convince "these people" don't know how to do anything. The business department was totally demoralizing to work in. They wanted someone with skills and knoweldge but turned around and started undermining and erroding self confidence by keeping you guessing. Team meetings turned into "pep sessions" and when you walked out it felt like you had been stabbed in the back.

Pros

Every teacher will encourage you to do your best. They will help you before you start the program and after you finish the program. The teachers are not required to help you find a job, but they do it because they love their students and want to see them succeed. They do not just slap you into any job but will use all their contacts in the medical field to place you in a position that you love. Go, MISS LO!

Cons

The only cons are what you, as a student, bring in with you.

Pros

Helping students change their lives.

Cons

Horrible Management. Leads by fear. Departments are highly overworked and underpaid. Turn over is like I've never seen before.
